What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is there any fine print on returns and exchanges?

At TheArcadeGuys your satisfaction is important to us. All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before returning any item please contact TheArcadeGuys. All arcade systems must be properly packed and shipped via an authorized shipper. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing. Additionally shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Custom paint design or any extras fees are non-refundable.
